How it works

30 seconds. No tools. No regrets.

Every PinkyRest uses the same install pattern: peel a magnetic plate, stick it to the side of your mouse, and snap on the rest. That’s the entire process.

1

Clean & peel

Wipe the side of your mouse with the included alcohol pad. Peel the liner off the magnetic plate.

2

Press for 10 seconds

Position the plate where the side button doesn’t cover the sensor or buttons. Press firmly.

3

Snap & glide

The Pinky Pro snaps to the plate magnetically. Slide it to the perfect angle and start gaming.

The engineering

Why the magnetic mount changes everything.

Other rests glue to your mouse, slide on with rubber bands, or rely on cheap suction cups. We use a steel-reinforced VHB plate and a neodymium magnet — the same engineering used in laptop hinges.

Steel-reinforced base

A 0.4 mm steel disc inside the 3M VHB plate prevents long-term plastic creep — so the rest is still rock-solid in year three.

Neodymium magnet

A graded N52 magnet snaps the rest onto the plate with about 6 N of pull — strong enough you can lift the mouse by it, light enough to lift off when you switch shells.

Hollow weight tuning

Internal lattice keeps total added weight under 11 g, so your mouse stays balanced. The whole rest is lighter than two AAA batteries.

Replaceable PTFE skids

Optional bottom skids let the rest itself glide on cloth pads — useful for low-DPI players doing wide arm swings.
